Registration and Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

 

1. INTRODUCTION

The 2026 P3 PT Millionaire Conference, slated for April 23, 2026 to April 25, 2026 ("The Event") at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Phoenix (320 North 44th St. Phoenix, AZ 85008) in addition to the surrounding area ("Venue"), is an educational conference for private rehabilitation practice owners and managers ("You").

 

This is an exclusive conference hosted by Empowering Events, LLC, a Massachusetts Limited Liability Company ("Sponsor"), who can be reached at info@empoweringeventsllc.com for any inquiries.

To facilitate the event Sponsor is working with 3rd parties, including but not limited to, the Venue, sponsors and their respective owners, shareholders, officers, managers, officials, directors, trustees, agents, partners, employees and representatives (each individually a "Sponsor Representative" and collectively, the "Sponsor Representatives")

 

THE EVENT HAS A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY. PLEASE SEE #3 FOR MORE INFORMATION.

IMPORTANT: BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE RIGHT TO SUE, AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND SPONSOR REPRESENTATIVES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT.

 

2. LIABILITY WAIVER AND CONSENT TO ARBITRATION

 

a. Liability Waiver Statement
Sponsor and/or others on behalf of the Event shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in its conference materials, nor shall Sponsor and/or others on behalf of the Event be liable for any damages resulting from the use of its conference materials or other information conveyed at the conference.

Sponsor and Venue will not be responsible for any personal injury or property damage arising from or in connection with attendance at the conference or participation in any conference activities or events.

Sponsor and Venue assume no responsibility for any losses due to theft or loss of equipment and articles or other personal property.

Sponsor and Venue also reserve the right at their sole discretion and with no additional liability to refuse entrance, immediately eject and terminate the participation of any person whose conduct is deemed objectionable, disorderly, or disruptive to Sponsor and Venue, or facility, or in violation of any law.

b. Indemnification, Waiver & Release of Liability
You understand that, in connection with participating in the Event, you will be exposed to several risks, all of which cannot be fully identified.  The waiver, release and other representations set forth herein are given in consideration for the Sponsor permitting me to participate in the Event.

Acceptance of Risk; Release; Indemnification. You are fully aware of and acknowledge that there are a number of risks associated with me entering onto the Venue and participating in the Event.

Further, you will be subject to risks associated with participating in the Event, such as communicable disease (including but not limited to COVID-19), physical injuries or even death or loss or damage to personal property, including without limitation, from slips or falls, food poisoning or allergic reaction to food served during the Event, physical or verbal altercations with Venue staff or other Event participants, or injury due to the nature of the Event.  On behalf of myself and my heirs, successors and assigns, you knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, relating to my participation in the Event and being present at the Venue, and you, and your successors, assigns, heir, and estate, hereby forever release, waive, relinquish and discharge the Sponsor and its officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees or other representatives, Sponsor's successors and assigns, and all Sponsor Representatives both individually and collectively, from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, expenses, and causes of action of whatever kind or nature, and other losses of any kind, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, (collectively, "Damages") as a result of me being present on the Venue property and participating at the Event as described above, including but not limited to those related to the above described personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, and including but not limited to claims based on the alleged negligence of any Sponsor Representative or collectively Sponsor Representatives or any other person.

Finally, you agree not to sue the Sponsor, any Sponsor Representative, or the Sponsor Representatives and agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from all Damages resulting from my being present at the Venue and participating in the Event. 

c. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Contract, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Massachusetts. The parties agree to abide by all decisions rendered in such proceedings.

 

3. Conference Cancellation Policy / All Sales Are Final &  Non-Refundable / No Credits:
The Event has a strict no refund policy on all purchases including registration to the conference or tickets to additional events. Regardless of circumstances, there will not be any refunds or credits, or future credits made available. All registrations are final and non-refundable. Any purchaser has the right to explore additional insurance coverage at an additional expense, but Sponsor and all parties managing the Event will not refund or credit purchasers in any capacity.

Sponsor and all parties managing the Event reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration at any time with no liability other than refunding the applicable registration fee minus 10% in the event that the you are deemed a conflict of interest to attend. You must be 21 years of age to register for the conference.

 

4.Registrant Criteria

The Event is designed solely for owners or managers or employees of a Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy private practice. This is an exclusive conference hosted by Sponsor. If you are classified as a consultant or vendor that is not a pre-approved sponsor, you will not be eligible to attend The Event.

If you fall under a vendor, consultant, or additional conflict of interest category, you must get pre-approval directly from Sponsor. Failure to get pre-approval can result in automatic cancellation of your registration with a 25% holdback penalty.

 

5. No CEUs / No Certificates of Completion Policy
The Event is not a CEU approved event in any capacity. You understand that they are registering for a non-CEU conference and certificates of completion may be given at the time of the session if elected by the organizer but are not guaranteed in any capacity. Sponsor and all parties managing the Event are not responsible for offering any continuing education credits or complying with your requests for continuing education proof connected to this event. You are registering for this event with no expectations or demands of credit toward continuing education in any capacity.

Sponsor and all parties managing the Event may elect to offer certificates of completion in the session only and final certificated are to be completed by the you, but this does grant any form of continuing education credit. After a session is complete or after the conference, you will not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion. If any certificates of completion are given, it will be done during the session itself. Sponsor and all parties managing the Event will not provide digital or print out certificates after the fact in any capacity. If you do not get a certificate of completion, the only thing available is the receipt of registration under the original transaction.

 

6. Conference Confirmation Policy
Registration for The Event will be confirmed when full payment is received. If you do not receive confirmation within forty-eight hours after your completed registration and payment are submitted, please contact the Sponsor.

 

7. Hotel changes & cancellations policy
All hotel reservations at the negotiated rate will be made directly through the hotel reservation link and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sponsor and all parties managing the Event hold no liability or responsibility related to your hotel reservation, cancellations, or refunds, etc. The hotel reservation is an agreement between the party that books the room and the hotel. The room block discount is extremely limited and the Event has no bearing once discounted rooms are no longer available. For all matters related to hotel reservations, please contact the hotel directly. Sponsor and all parties managing the Event hold no liability or responsibility related to your hotel experience, travel arrangements, transportation, etc. You agree to take on full liability.

 

8. Badges:
Badges are to be picked up at the event check-in area during the event. You must show a government issued picture ID to be issued your badge. Badges will not be issued without an ID and you will not be admitted into the venue without a badge.

 

9. Consent to Contact
By registering for the event, you agree that Sponsor and/or others on behalf of the Event may use your email address and mobile phone number to send event updates, sponsorship promotions, and post-event survey evaluations. In addition, sponsors will be able to reach out to you based on your registration to our conference and participation.

 

10. Affiliated services
If the event website provides third party affiliated services information including accommodation information and transportation information or discounts, such information is provided solely as a convenience to you. Under no circumstances will Sponsor and/or others on behalf of the Event be liable in any way for any third-party services, including, but not limited to, quality, availability, errors or omissions, or damages of any kind. You must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any third-party services, including any reliance on the availability, quality, or usefulness of such services. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliated services.

 

11. Unforeseen circumstances
The event program schedule is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Sponsor and/or others on behalf of the Event cannot guarantee the attendance of any exhibitor or speaker, or that any scheduled event will take place. Sponsor and/or others on behalf of the Event will not be held liable and no reimbursement will be made in the event of the cancellation or modification of the times, dates, sessions and/or events of an event as a result of an event that is beyond the Event and associated parties' control, including but not limited to inclement weather, earthquake, flood, or other act of God, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities, riot, national state of emergency, plague, pandemic, act/threat of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes or other labor disputes, or any other similar or related event which delays or prevents any or all of the event.

 

12. Severability
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions of this Agreement. 

 

13. Applicable Law
The validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement shall be controlled by and construed under the laws of the State of Massachusetts.

 

14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to its subject matter. It may not be changed orally but only by an agreement in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, extension, or discharge is sought.

 

15. Changes
These Terms may be amended or modified from time to time by Sponsor. Any changes to this Contract will be communicated to you via email at the address you have provided. It is your responsibility to keep your email address updated with us. By attending the Event after receiving notification of any changes, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the updated terms.
